由于脊柱和关节的退行性变以及运动损伤的增加,越来越多的患者需要运动系统疾病的康复治疗,因此,寻找非药物康复方法具有重要的现实意义。
目的。评估运动系统疾病在俄罗斯的流行情况,并分析在此类疾病治疗中非药物疗法的使用频率。
材料与方法。研究描述了最常见的运动系统疾病的病谱,并对门诊及住院患者因该类疾病的就诊情况进行了结构化分析,特别关注对非药物康复治疗需求较高的疾病类型。对这些方法进行了详细的结构化评估,并基于2022–2023年莫斯科及莫斯科州医疗机构收集的统计数据进行了统计分析。
结果。研究强调了非药物疗法的广泛应用的重要性,因其具有高效性、适应性强、适用于不同年龄段患者的特点,既适用于年轻运动员,也适用于伴有合并症的老年患者,且安全性较高。
结论。研究表明,个体化运动疗法联合至少三种物理因子疗法,可显著增强镇痛和抗炎作用。在选择具体的物理因子时,应基于个体化评估,充分考虑患者年龄、主要及伴随疾病,以及特定物理因子的作用机制,以实现最佳治疗效果。
