脉冲磁疗在治疗感染后神经痛中的镇痛作用

背景。慢性感染后神经性疼痛常见于带状疱疹病毒感染,其主要表现为坐骨神经根神经痛。
研究目的。比较脉冲电磁疗法与标准治疗对坐骨神经后带状疱疹神经痛的镇痛效果。
材料与方法。双盲随机对照临床研究纳入了46名患者(18名男性和28名女性)。参与者被随机分为两组,均接受传统的物理治疗。第一组在此基础上增加了脉冲电磁疗法,第二组接受标准康复治疗。脉冲电磁疗法每天1次,每周3次,每次20分钟,连续治疗8周。在干预前后评估视觉模拟评分(Visual Analog Scale, VAS)和每日镇痛药剂量的相对变化。
结果。治疗后,与治疗前相比,两组的视觉模拟评分和每日镇痛药剂量均显著降低 (p <0.001)。第一组的上述参数分别下降了78.3%和72.5%,第二组分别下降了63.1%和65.9%。结果显示,第一组在视觉模拟评分方面显著优于第二组(p <0.05),但每日镇痛药剂量的变化未达到统计学显著性(p >0.05)。
结论。脉冲电磁疗法在改善坐骨神经后带状疱疹神经痛方面具有显著的镇痛效果,基于视觉模拟评分的测量结果显示了其显著优势。而每日镇痛药剂量的变化虽然呈现出更强的镇痛趋势,但未达到统计学显著性。
