Аннотация

Статья представляет собой анализ состояния группы специалистов по России («русского» крыла) аппарата Совета национальной безопасности (СНБ) в период работы администрации Дональда Трампа. Основной акцент сделан на персоналиях, выступавших в СНБ в качестве кураторов американо-российских отношений - в должности старшего директора по делам Европы и России. Дана оценка изменениям в приоритетах политики США при Д. Трампе в отношении РФ сквозь призму кадровых изменений в «русской» команде Совбеза.
