电子烟与传统烟草吸烟的血流动力学效应: Meta分析

当前,电子烟作为传统烟草吸烟的替代选择被广泛使用,特别是在年轻人和有意戒烟的人群中。然而,其对心血管系统的影响尚未完全明确,仍是学术界争论的焦点之一。本Meta分析旨在评估含尼古丁和不含尼古丁的电子烟对关键血流动力学指标(包括收缩压、舒张压和心率)的急性影响,并与传统香烟的作用进行比较。Meta分析共纳入2014年至2024年间发表的22项研究,总参与人数为590人。结果显示,含尼古丁的电子烟会显著升高收缩压、舒张压和心率。传统香烟对上述指标亦具有类似作用,但升高幅度更大,这可能与烟草烟雾中其他有毒成分的影响有关。值得注意的是,不含尼古丁的电子烟对上述血流动力学参数未显示出统计学显著的影响。本研究结果强调,在评估电子烟,特别是含尼古丁产品的使用时,应充分考虑其潜在的心血管风险。未来仍需进一步研究以明确电子烟对心血管系统的长期影响。
