背景。脊柱疾病是最常见的慢性疾病之一,其中脊柱退行性病变尤为普遍。脊源性疾病的临床症状通常出现在患者职业生涯的活跃阶段,并且是导致暂时性劳动能力丧失的主要原因之一。 对于慢性脊柱病患者,定期康复训练对于延长缓解期具有重要意义。然而,由于医疗资源的限制,尤其是康复训练(如医学运动疗法)的实施,许多劳动年龄患者难以获得持续的康复治疗。随着信息与通信技术的发展,例如智能手机和计算机,远程康复治疗可能成为面对面康复的可行替代方案。

研究目的。评估远程医疗技术在脊柱病缓解期运动康复中的有效性和安全性。

材料与方法本回顾性研究共纳入 32 名年龄在 35-70 岁的脊柱病患者,他们均处于缓解期,并通过远程医疗技术接受康复治疗。在完成包含药物治疗和医学康复的综合线下治疗后,所有患者均获得远程运动康复计划的链接。康复疗效的评估采用标准化问卷调查和运动能力测试。

结果研究表明,在脊柱病缓解期应用远程医疗进行康复训练可获得积极的临床效果。

结论针对脊柱病患者制定的个性化医学运动疗法方案,结合远程康复治疗模式,可为因客观条件限制而无法接受面对面康复治疗的患者提供一种有效的替代方案。
