Experimental studies have shown a pronounced damaging effect of hyperthermia on some types of parasites and therapeutic effect on mice genetically predisposed to type 1 and 2 diabetes mellitus. Clinical studies have shown that hyperthermia significantly improves the condition of patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary insufficiency, depressive syndrome, chronic fatigue syndrome, psoriasis, benign prostatic hyperplasia, limb lymphedema, post-radiation fibrosis and Peyronie's disease. It has been shown that the effectiveness of hyperthermia is associated with a wide range of biological and physiological reactions of cells and tissues to heat exposure, including the expression of heat shock proteins. At the same time, the results obtained in an experiment and in a clinic without randomization require further research and confirmation.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Проведён электронный поиск публикаций по результатам применения метода гипертермии в медицине с использованием баз данных Scopus, Web of Science, MedLine, The Cochrane Library, EMBASE, Global Health, CyberLeninka, РИНЦ, а также международных и регионарных журналов, материалов международных конгрессов, съездов и конференций.</p> <p>В обзоре проанализированы результаты экспериментальных и клинических исследований лечебного действия гипертермии при различных заболеваниях невоспалительного характера. В экспериментальных работах показано выраженное повреждающее действие гипертермии на некоторые виды паразитов и терапевтический эффект на мышей, генетически предрасположенных к сахарному диабету 1-го и 2-го типов. В клинических исследованиях установлено, что гипертермия значительно улучшает состояние пациентов с сердечно-сосудистой и лёгочной недостаточностью, депрессивным синдромом, синдромом хронической усталости, псориазом, доброкачественной гиперплазией предстательной железы, лимфедемой конечности, постлучевым фиброзом и болезнью Пейрони. Показано, что эффективность гипертермии связана с широким спектром биологических и физиологических реакций клеток и тканей на тепловое воздействие, в том числе экспрессией белков теплового шока.
