When using BT and combined FT (CFT) together, there is a potentiation of the clinical effects of the used therapeutic methods. The reduction in the relative risk of the disease recurrence in the </italic><italic>С</italic><italic>FT + BT group (compared to the BT group) during the year of follow-up was 42%.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Conclusion. </italic></bold><italic>The developed method of treatment using combined phototherapy provides a more effective reduction in the severity of skin manifestations of ATD according to the SCORAD index by 34.2% and an improvement in the quality of life by 43.5%, as well as a reduction in the relative risk of the disease recurrence by 42% compared to the results of basic drug therapy.</italic></p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p><bold><italic>Обоснование.</italic></bold><italic> Ввиду недостаточной эффективности известных на сегодняшний день методик лечения пациентов с атопическим дерматитом (АтД) существует необходимость поиска новых подходов для решения данной проблемы.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Цель</italic></bold><italic> — изучить возможность повышения эффективности базовой терапии больных АтД с помощью сочетанной фототерапии узкополосным средневолновым (311 нм) и широкополосным длинноволновым (320–400 нм) ультрафиолетовым излучением.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Материалы и методы.</italic></bold><italic> В группе из 62 больных (средний возраст 24,1 ± 6,1 года) проводилась сравнительная оценка эффективности базовой медикаментозной терапии АтД и комплексного лечения с применением сочетанной фототерапии.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Результаты.</italic></bold><italic> При совместном применении базовой и сочетанной фототерапии отмечается усиление клинических эффектов лечебной методики.</italic></p> <p><bold><italic>Заключение.</italic></bold><italic> Разработанный метод лечения с применением сочетанной фототерапии более эффективно снижает выраженность кожных проявлений АтД по индексу SCORAD (на 34,2%) и улучшает качество жизни (на 43,5%), а также снижает относительный риск рецидивов заболевания (на 42%) по сравнению с результатами базовой медикаментозной терапии.</italic></p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>atopic dermatitis</kwd><kwd>combined phototherapy</kwd><kwd>quality of life</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>атопический дерматит</kwd><kwd>сочетанная фототерапия</kwd><kwd>индекс SCORAD</kwd><kwd>качество жизни</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Kubanov AA, Bogdanova EV.
