Using simple randomization, the children were divided into three groups. The first group (n=30) received narrow-band optical radiation at 650 nm from the Spectr device in combination with pharmacotherapy. The second group (n=30) underwent treatment with pharmacological agents combined with narrow-band optical radiation at 540 nm from the Spectr device. The control group consisted of 20 children who only received pharmacotherapy.</p> <p>RESULTS: Statistical analysis demonstrated that incorporating photochromotherapy methods into the comprehensive treatment of children with chronic gastroduodenitis significantly reduced the frequency of pain syndrome (p &lt;0.01), dyspeptic syndrome (p &lt;0.01), and asthenovegetative syndrome (p &lt;0.01). Additionally, it improved the propulsion function of the intestines (p &lt;0.01).</p> <p>CONCLUSION: The inclusion of photochromotherapy in the comprehensive treatment of children with chronic gastroduodenitis significantly contributes to the restoration of the mucous membrane in the upper gastrointestinal tract and has a positive effect on the motor function of the gallbladder.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Актуальность. </p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>chronic gastroduodenitis</kwd><kwd>children</kwd><kwd>narrow-band optical radiation</kwd><kwd>650 nm wavelength</kwd><kwd>540 nm wavelength</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>хронический гастродуоденит</kwd><kwd>дети</kwd><kwd>узкополосное оптическое излучение</kwd><kwd>длина волны 650</kwd><kwd>длина волны 540 нм</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="zh"><kwd>慢性胃十二指肠炎</kwd><kwd>儿童</kwd><kwd>窄带光辐射</kwd><kwd>650 nm 波长</kwd><kwd>540 nm 波长</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group/></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Abramovich SG.
