The importance of personalisation of rehabilitation programmes, use of multidisciplinary approach, involvement of the patient's family in the process is reflected. The main disorders arising in persons with combat trauma are characterised in the categories of the International Classification of Functioning. The analysis of the use of modern means and methods of medical rehabilitation: physical training with the use of virtual reality environment and innovative technologies based on the principle of biofeedback, robotic mechanotherapy, hydrokinesiotherapy and other physiotherapeutic methods, the role of remote telemedicine technologies in controlling the effectiveness and safety of the rehabilitation process is highlighted.</p> <p>An integrated approach to rehabilitation, taking into account modern peculiarities of combat trauma, makes it possible to ensure maximum effectiveness of rehabilitation measures, reduce the number of persons with persistent dysfunctions, prevent psycho-emotional disorders and promote maximum social and professional integration of the wounded.</p>
Проведён анализ использования современных средств и методов медицинской реабилитации: физических тренировок с использованием среды виртуальной реальности и инновационных технологий, основанных на принципе биологической обратной связи, роботизированной механотерапии, гидрокинезитерапии и других физиотерапевтических методов; освещена роль дистанционных телемедицинских технологий в контроле эффективности и безопасности реабилитационного процесса.</p> <p>Комплексный подход к реабилитации с учётом современных особенностей боевой травмы позволяет обеспечить максимальную эффективность реабилитационных мероприятий, сократить количество лиц со стойкими нарушениями функций, предупредить психоэмоциональные нарушения и способствовать максимальной социальной и профессиональной интеграции раненых.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>combat trauma</kwd><kwd>motor rehabilitation</kwd><kwd>functional disorders</kwd><kwd>robotic mechanotherapy</kwd><kwd>telemedicine technologies</kwd><kwd>quality of life</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>боевая травма</kwd><kwd>двигательная реабилитация</kwd><kwd>функциональные нарушения</kwd><kwd>роботизированная механотерапия</kwd><kwd>телемедицинские технологии</kwd><kwd>качество жизни</kwd></kwd-group><funding-group><award-group><funding-source><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="ru">Правительство города Москвы</institution></institution-wrap><institution-wrap><institution xml:lang="en">Moscow City Government</institution></institution-wrap></funding-source><award-id>1403-8/23</award-id></award-group></funding-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="en">Fisun AYa.
