The study has demonstrated that the introduction of narrow-band phototherapy into the combined treatment can make it possible to reach the PASI values of 75 and even 100%. Monitoring of the safety of the application of the combined approach has revealed the absence of early adverse reactions within 1 year after the treatment.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье приводятся данные об эффективности применения узкополосной 311 нм-фототерапии и низких доз циклоспорина у пациентов, получающих биологическую терапию блокаторами ФНО-а с эффектом «ускользания» (PASI 50). Проведенное исследование показало, что включение в комплекс узкополосной фототерапии и циклоспорина позволяет достичь PASI 75 и PASI 100.
