It is shown that the principal mechanisms triggering the response of a living organism to the action of laser radiation are the formation of a temperature gradient after absorption of the radiation energy and the subsequent release of Ca2+ from the intracellular depot pool resulting in the activation of the calcium-dependent processes, cell proliferation, vasodilation, anti-inflammatory processes, etc.</p>
<trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>В статье рассмотрена модель механизмов биологического и лечебного действия низкоинтенсивного лазерного излучения. Показано, что первичным механизмом запуска ответных реакций живого организма на лазерное воздействие является возникновение градиента температуры при поглощении энергии лазерного излучения с последующим высвобождением Ca 2+ из клеточного депо и активации кальцийзависимых процессов (пролиферация, вазодилатация, противовоспалительное действие и др.).</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>low-intensity laser radiation</kwd><kwd>mechanisms of biological and therapeutic action</kwd><kwd>calcium-dependent processes</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>низкоинтенсивное лазерное излучение</kwd><kwd>механизмы биологического и терапевтического действия</kwd><kwd>каль-цийзависимые процессы</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Биохимия человека / Марри Р., Гренер Д., Мейес П. и др. - М.: Мир, 1993. - Т. 1-2.</mixed-citation></ref><ref id="B2"><label>2.</label><mixed-citation>Греннер Д. // Биохимия человека / Под ред.
