It was shown that peak blood flow velocity at rest equaled 15.9 cm/s and substantially increased by 3.5 and 4.8 times in case of AMC and EMS respectively. The volumetric blood flow at rest was 223 ml/min and increased by 1.6 and 1.2 times in case of AMC and EMS respectively (the difference is significant). Scanning of sural sinuses revealed a decrease of their diameter up to complete occlusion under effect of AMC. Regression analysis showed that the hemodynamic response to EMS depends largely on anatomic features of crural muscles but not their functional state.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>С помощью дуплексного ангиосканирования с цветовым картированием кровотока и выведением допплеровской кривой изучили скоростные показатели регионарной венозной гемодинамики на подколенной вене в покое, на фоне активного мышечного сокращения (АМС) и электрической стимуляции мышц голени (ЭМС) устройством "Veinoplus". Пиковая скорость кровотока в покое составила 15,9 см/с и достоверно повышалась в 3,5 раза на фоне АМС и в 4,8 раза на фоне ЭМС. Объемная скорость кровотока в покое составила 223 мл/мин и достоверно возрастала при АМС в 1,6 раза и при ЭМС в 1,2 раза. При этом ее значение при активном сокращении оказалось достоверно выше, чем при стимулированном. При сканировании суральных синусов выявлено уменьшение их диаметра вплоть до полной окклюзии на фоне мышечного сокращения. По результатам регрессионного анализа установлено, что эффективность гемодинамического ответа на ЭМС зависит в основном от анатомических особенностей мышц голени и практически не зависит от их функционального состояния.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>hemodynamic efficacy</kwd><kwd>crural electromyostimulation</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>электромиостимуляция мышцы голени</kwd><kwd>гемодинамика</kwd><kwd>венозный тромбоз</kwd><kwd>профилактика</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Лаберко Л.
