The maximum improvement of the quality of life and bone mineral density was documented in the group of women given combined rehabilitative treatment. The positive osteogenic effect of whole body vibration appears to be due to the stimulation of the bone tissue formation processes manifest as the enhanced level of the osteogenic marker osteocalcin. This effect was lacking in the women treated with sodium alendronate alone.</p>
Остеогенный эффект вибрационной физической нагрузки, по-видимому обусловлен стимуляцией процессов формирования костной ткани, что выражается в увеличении сывороточной концентрации маркера костеобразования остеокальцина, отсутствующей у женщин, принимавших только алендронат натрия.</p></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>whole body vibration</kwd><kwd>osteopenia</kwd><kwd>antiresorptive therapy</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>вибрационная физическая нагрузка</kwd><kwd>остеопения</kwd><kwd>антирезорбтивная терапия</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><body></body><back><ref-list><ref id="B1"><label>1.</label><mixed-citation>Bauer D.
