To date, one of the most effective modalities of striae distensae treatment are laser therapy methods. A wealth of clinical experience has been accumulated in the use of ablative laser techniques, namely the carbon dioxide CO<sub>2</sub> laser (10600 nm) in the treatment of striae albae. This article presents a review of current literature and a clinical observation of a patient with different types of linear atrophies.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="ru"><p>Линейные атрофии кожи, или стрии (striae distensae), являются широко распространённым косметическим дефектом, приводящим к выраженному снижению качества жизни пациентов. На сегодняшний день одним из самых эффективных способов коррекции линейных атрофий является лазерная терапия. Накоплен богатый клинический опыт применения абляционных лазерных методик, а именно углекислотного лазера CO<sub>2</sub> (10 600 нм) в лечении белых стрий.
