应用热氦氧治疗纠正房颤患者康复过程中的中心血流动力学障碍的经验

热氦氧治疗是一种吸入式物理治疗方法,具有神经保护和心脏保护作用。本研究探讨了热氦氧治疗对房颤引起的中心血流动力学障碍的纠正效果,并展示了一例急性心源性栓塞性卒中患者的综合康复案例。在康复科,利用《Simona 111》综合监测系统对一名持续性房颤患者进行中心血流动力学评估,发现存在血流动力学障碍。为纠正该障碍,使用《BreezeLite》 吸入设备进行热氦氧治疗。患者每日吸入温度加热至70°C的氦氧混合气体(70%氦气,30%氧气),每次15分钟,疗程共14天。经过热氦氧治疗后,患者心肌收缩和舒张功能改善,左心室功能增强,前负荷和后负荷正常化,氧输送能力提高,脉搏缺损减少。康复治疗结束后,患者机体各系统的生理功能得到改善,包括依据《国际功能、残疾和健康分类》评估的心理功能和日常生活活动能力。发现纠正中心血流动力学障碍是持续性房颤所致心源性栓塞性卒中患者康复的必要条件。热氦氧治疗可能是一种有前景的中心血流动力学障碍矫正方法,但仍需进一步研究加以验证。
