Abstract
We study the Sagnac effect in the space-time of a spinning black hole with a tidal charge ?. It is shown that the greatest influence of the tidal (electric) charge is occured at close distances to the black hole. An increase in the tidal charge leads to an increase in the Sagnac delay. Numerical estimates have shown that for the Earth, the Sagnac delay is determined in the range from –63.8 to –1.5 ns.
